Please note that we offer reshipments only (not refunds) if you provide an invalid shipping address, or if you do not accept or pick up the order after failed delivery attempts.

How to request free reshipping

• Please check our tracking tool to ensure that the delivery is overdue before taking the next step.
• Contact customer service and inform us of the non-delivery. Our first step will be to follow up your package, and if the postal services are unable to rectify the issue, we will re-ship for free or refund as per your preference.

To get a refund, send us a note using “Talk to us” section with the following details:

• Your email

Note that the refund will take up to 14 days to credit to your account, but usually takes 2 to 5 business days.
