Customer Information Sale Agreement

This Customer Information Sale Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between ModafinilXL.net and the customer (“Customer” or “You”), who is agreeing to the terms set forth in this Agreement.

1. Customer Consent to Sell Information

By agreeing to this Agreement, Customer acknowledges and consents to ModafinilXL.net selling, renting, or sharing personal information provided by the Customer (“Personal Information”) to third parties for various business purposes, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, and analytics.

2. Types of Information Collected

The Personal Information that may be sold includes, but is not limited to:

• Name
• Contact Information (email, phone number, address)
• Demographic Information (age, gender, preferences, etc.)
• Purchase History and Transaction Details
• IP address and Device Information
• Any other information provided by Customer through forms, order, or any communication with the ModafinilXL.net.

3. Purpose of Information Sale

ModafinilXL.net may sell, share, or rent the Customer’s Personal Information to third parties for any purposes.

4. No Liability for Third-Party Actions

The ModafinilXL.net makes no representations or warranties regarding the privacy practices or policies of any third parties to whom the Customer’s Personal Information is sold, rented, or shared. Customer acknowledges that once Personal Information is transferred to a third party, the ModafinilXL.net is no longer responsible for how that information is handled or used.

5. Data Retention

The Company will retain the Customer’s Personal Information for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Agreement, or as required by law.

6. Changes to This Agreement

The ModafinilXL.net reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Any such changes will be communicated to the Customer, and continued use of the ModafinilXL.net’s services will be deemed acceptance of such modifications.
